Navigating this VUCA environment requires more than just functional skills; it demands the right "performance ownership mindset", the mindset that recognises that we have far greater ability to overcome our performance obstacles. However, we need to consciously acquire this "performance ownership mindset" to succeed.

One of the biggest reasons for employee underperformance and related personal problems like job dissatisfaction, job-related stress, challenges in personal life, lack of growth and interpersonal behavioural issues is the lack of mindset programming for performance ownership. While the focus on functional skills is undeniable for performance enhancement, we feel that structured orientation to a performance ownership mindset is far more essential and fundamental for making the employees ready for "high performance".  A right frame of mind that drives performance ownership needs to be learned and acquired consciously.

Workshop Caters to Juniors and Experienced

We can offer this workshop in two formats, one is for freshers and newcomers in the organisation in order to create orientation towards performance expectations in a corporate setting. Second, is for experienced people to help them unlock their potential by knowing varied aspects of superior performance that need attention.

For Freshers & New Comers: The fresher we hire are smart and capable but they lack orientation to the performance expectations of the organization. This workshop will help as a guide in terms of the required behaviours they need to adopt for effective performance, and provides perfect orientation for "corporate readiness".

For Experienced: As we start climbing the corporate ladder, we need to understand the growing expectations and dynamics of performance. Individually, being a good performer does not necessarily drive the team performance. If we are not aware of multiple performance dimensions, we may underperform. There is an increasing trend in the corporate world that we do not get feedback on personal characteristics that may bring down our performance. We are constantly evaluated on the results, but we may lack the guidance to look inside and understand probable areas for course correction. For experienced individuals, this workshop prepares them for the next level of "corporate readiness" that emphasizes on tenacity, persistence, and team work.
